Mafia Bengali movie of Jeet & Deb, directed by Raj Chakraborty

It's Dev & Jeet again pairing up again for bengali movie "Mafia" after the blockbuster Dui Prithibi. Hope its not a rumour but as much as we could get into it some great Jeet & Deb's fans' are saying this on the internet. And this time the movie name is "Mafia", directed by none other the Raj Chakraborty. The only director who could rope the two heartthrobs of Kolkata in his movie Dui Prithibi. For "Mafia" production house will be Venkateshfilms.

 And the story will be based on a plot of a Mafia & a Police Officer, where Deb will be the "Mafia" & Jeet will be the police officer. The actresses for the movie yet not has been rumoured but some people are guessing it may be Koel again paired with Jeet. However Dev's pair is clueless. And it has also been heard that the movie is goin to be Bengali industry's highest budget film with a whooping Rs. 22crores. The movie's expected release period will be last quarter of 2012. Whole Kolkata will be waiting for this release if it goes real. Dev & Jeets last onscreen share in Dui Prithibi was liked by everyone & won millions of hearts. Director Raj Chakraborty, Music director Jeet Ganguly, Rishi & Samidh, Koel, barkha in Pyarelal evrything co-ordinated so well in the movie. So naturally people will now be expecting more from them... We also excited for the official news.. Till date.. Cross your fingers... :)
Update 10th March 2012: Now form a source we get to know that the movie is really going to happen. No more information we got. We are trying to find more.
